What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

The villa holds 6 people in 3 bedrooms comfortably.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

How far away are the main attractions?

The villa is minutes away from the gulf coast beaches and many golf courses.

Which direction does the pool face?

The villa has an idealistic south facing pool for all day sunshine. No need to keep moving those loungers around to catch the sun.

Does the pool back on to other properties/walls etc.?

Unlike some villas which back on to walls or other properties, the villa has idealistic unrestricted views over a lake and conservation woodland area (guaranteeing privacy).

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

How do we locate/enter the property?

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

Is the pool heated?

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from December through to April.

Are there stores near by?

The villa is minutes from a supermarket and Wal-mart just 10 minutes drive.

Are there any Restaurants nearby?

There are a wide variety of restaurants to suite all tastes in the Rotonda Area.

Are there any medical services nearby?

Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in clinic 10 minutes drive plus Englewood community hospital is 15 minutes drive.

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
